The role involves daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities / job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. This is primarily an active position involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, on uneven surfaces, within homesites. You must have a valid state driver’s license, be able to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds, and possess the finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
