New Home Star is seeking driven sales professionals to lead buyers through the new home purchase process in Cottage Grove, MN. You will receive elite training, utilize top-tier technology, and pursue uncapped earnings through a structured, mentorship-rich environment.

Onsite work with weekend availability, 2+ years in sales or real estate, and a real estate license preferred. Build relationships, manage CRM-driven leads, and drive local market initiatives with support from a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work onsite; weekends required.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a track record of high performance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.
• Proficient in CRM systems and presentation software; AI tools a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; active real estate license preferred (or in training).
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities
