Imagination Homes is hiring a Sales Consultant to guide customers through the homebuying journey. You will build relationships, convey value, and deliver a smooth, rewarding experience as you help families choose their new homes.

You will actively prospect, present financing options, and close sales while coordinating with construction, lending, and closing teams to ensure a seamless process from qualification to closing.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of new home sales experience.
• Knowledge of financing, mortgages, and the construction process.
• Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping people achieve homeownership.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to create excitement and urgency.

Aufgaben

• Sell and close new homes to meet/exceed standards and goals.
• Build value by understanding customer needs and communicating features/benefits.
• Generate new prospects via marketing, outreach, and follow-up while managing existing customers.
• Guide buyers from qualification and financing to contract signing and closing with clear communication.
• Maintain strong service-oriented relationships with customers, Realtors, and team members.
• Oversee model home presentation, community appearance, and sales materials to ensure a professional environment.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Loan Officers, and the Closing Coordinator.
