Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from initial engagement to closing, using proactive sales techniques and CRM to manage relationships. This role demands knowledge of the housing market and a commitment to exceptional customer service at Lennar communities.

You will engage visitors, build relationships, and close sales through self-generated or referred leads, while maintaining model homes and inventory and traveling locally for lead generation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, and trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic with company tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
