Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from first contact to closing, using proactive sales techniques and a strong focus on customer service. This role emphasizes building relationships, presenting Lennar products, and delivering a seamless homebuying experience at Lennar communities.

In this in-person position, the consultant will travel locally, stay current on market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Experience in real estate or new home sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center and model homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive market and product offerings; monitor trends.
