Job summary

ICI Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Associate for the Palm Coast & Ormond Beach areas. In Daytona Beach, FL, you’ll promote lifestyle, represent the brand, and sell a diverse portfolio of homes from townhomes to luxury residences.

We provide on-the-job training in sales techniques and proprietary software, plus ongoing support to help you meet today’s homebuyers. You’ll attend weekly meetings and stay current with industry practices while engaging prospects and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Valid Florida Driver License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, motivating, and building long-term relationships with prospective homebuyers through prospecting, broker outreach, qualified referrals, lead cultivation, and participation in marketing and promotional events.
• Greeting visitors at model homes, capturing registration information, identifying buyers’ wants and needs, assessing interest levels, conducting model tours, and explaining home features and community amenities.
• Positively influencing buyers’ decision-making by clearly communicating product value and tailoring solutions based on a thorough needs analysis.
• Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and highlighting product and builder advantages.
• Building strong rapport with homeowners by communicating construction progress and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly sales meetings, participating in ongoing training, and staying current with industry best practices and sales publications.

About the Role
