Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, motivating, and building relationships with prospective homebuyers through prospecting, broker outreach, referrals, lead cultivation, and events.
• Greet visitors at model homes, capture registration info, identify wants/needs, assess interest, conduct tours, and explain features and amenities.
• Influence buyers by communicating product value and tailoring solutions based on needs analysis.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and highlight product and builder advantages.
• Build rapport with homeowners by communicating construction progress and addressing concerns.
