We’re looking for a motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee residential home construction in our Cache Valley, Utah communities. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role that calls for someone who’s organized, driven, and committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll manage the full homebuilding process—from permit to closing—by leading subcontractors, conducting walk-throughs, and ensuring that every step meets our construction and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Direct all job site activities and keep projects moving from start to finish

Oversee multiple homes under construction, ensuring each one is completed on time and up to contract standards

Supervise and support subcontractors; resolve any issues that arise

Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint

Maintain clean, safe job sites and enforce OSHA and state regulations

Ensure quality by inspecting work daily and holding high standards

Coordinate and follow through on warranty repairs

Represent Visionary Homes professionally—with homeowners, inspectors, city officials, and trade partners

What You Bring

3–5 years of homebuilding or construction supervision experience (degree in construction management is a plus!)

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between local sites

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and job site software

Familiarity with MS Office, email, and construction tech tools

A current OSHA 30 is great, but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll provide the training
