Responsibilities

• Show available properties in the assigned community and answer questions about construction, financing, amenities and availability.
• Promote sales using marketing collateral and sales techniques.
• Outline and recommend options and services to buyers.
• Participate in outside events to stay knowledgeable about the local real estate market.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key indicators for the position.
