Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in new home construction sales contracts and closings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networks, and outreach strategies.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
• Use CRM systems to maintain consistent follow-up and track client interactions.
• Consult with clients to understand home buying needs and provide detailed information on available properties.
• Conduct home presentations and show clients interested properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with co-brokers, realtors, and industry partners.
• Prepare contracts, incorporating all required addendums and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review contracts with clients to ensure full understanding of terms prior to signing.
