Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent to guide buyers through available properties in the community. You will answer questions about construction, financing, amenities and availability, and participate in training to sharpen sales techniques.

Responsibilities include promoting sales with marketing collateral, outlining options for new buyers, and staying knowledgeable about the local market by attending events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training in residential real estate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• KOVA software (preferred).
• North Carolina Residential Real Estate License required.

• Maintain clean, well organized work area.
