Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Training & Onboarding Scheduler to coordinate New Hire Orientation, onboarding activities, and requested training across Operational and Administrative teams. You will manage training calendars, handle logistics, and communicate with new hires, hiring managers, and instructors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to five years of scheduling, coordination, training administration, workforce development, or project support experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding programs and cross-functional coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for new hires transitioning from NHO into onboarding programs.
• Support onboarding scheduling for Operational Workforce and Corporate/Administrative team members, ensuring required training milestones.
• Serve as primary coordinator for project-site and operational training, including safety, technical, and professional development.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for safety trainers, electrical apprenticeship instructors, and SMEs.
• Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations clearly to new hires, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Track attendance, confirmations, and rescheduling needs; maintain training records and reporting.
• Partner with SMEs to confirm training delivery, materials, and logistical needs.
• Maintain onboarding and training schedules within applicable systems and tools.
• Provide coordination support for local and remote teams across multiple business functions.
• Assist with identifying scheduling gaps and recommending process improvements.
• Work with operations, safety, HR, and CEC University leadership.
• Perform other duties as needed to support projects and the department.
