Job summary

Woods System of Care is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to coordinate all onboarding needs for employees, ensure compliance with employment laws, and serve as liaison between Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2 years of HR experience, with strong MS Office and HR systems. You will manage docs, protect confidentiality, and support HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field is required with 2 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal labor laws and I-9 compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates onboarding needs for Woods System of Care employees.
• Serves as liaison between Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Provides prompt customer service to candidates, coworkers and managers.
• Ensures onboarding meets employment laws/regulations and required documentation.
• Maintains pre-employment screening schedules and data in ATS/HCM systems.
• Processes onboarding paperwork including I-9, W-4, background checks.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports HR policy education.
