You will handle orientation, document verification, and policy guidance while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least 2 years of HR experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential to deliver a smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 2 years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all onboarding needs for Woods System of Care employees.
• Conducts New Employee Orientation.
• Serves as liaison between Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Provides prompt customer service to ensure outstanding onboarding experience.
