Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end new hire experience for Brycon-backed roles. You will guide candidates through pre-employment steps, ensure managers are prepared, and coordinate onboarding activities.

You will lead orientation programs, maintain onboarding content, and partner with HR, Recruiting, and Talent Development teams to optimize the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related field.
1+ years of corporate experience in onboarding or events management is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary onboarding contact for new hires and managers.
Guide candidates through pre-employment steps, drug screening, and paperwork.
Lead biweekly new hire orientations in-person and virtual sessions.
Manage onboarding content and tools to keep information current and engaging.
Collect feedback at milestones and suggest improvements with HR partners.
Support Talent Development and Futures program activities and major events.
