Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Program Manager, New Hire Experience to lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new colleagues. You will coordinate HR, facilities, asset management, technology, and other partners to ensure a welcoming, connected, and productive start.

This hands-on, high-visibility role requires strong programme leadership, executive presence, and the ability to drive outcomes through influence in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programme or project management experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading enterprise onboarding, employee experience, or similar programmes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programmes without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience defining governance, operating models, and process documentation.
• Ability to deliver measurable outcomes in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and benefits tracking.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority to maintain momentum.
• Define a consistent end-to-end New Hire Experience framework and playbooks.
• Ensure workspace, device, access, and onboarding readiness across sites.
• Provide concise, evidence-based reporting to senior leaders.
• Embed continuous improvement from new hire feedback into actions.
