Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship building.

• Proficiency with loan origination systems and general office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets).
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Relevant state licensing and NMLS registration, or eligibility to obtain these credentials.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
