Job summary

A leading live shopping platform is seeking a Trust & Safety Agent to ensure the safety and integrity of its platform. You will collaborate with the team to identify potential risks and assist customers with sensitive cases. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). As part of a remote co-located team based in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll help protect users and foster a positive marketplace. Weekend availability is required, and a flexible work-from-home policy is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026.
• Exposure to support tools like Zendesk or Intercom is a plus.
• Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and enforce policies.
• Assist customers with sensitive cases.
• Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews.
• Communicate with customers regarding trust and risk inquiries.
• Work quickly to meet interdepartmental SLAs.
