Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a newly graduated Speech-Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with strong clinical mentorship and CCC-SLP support. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work under supervision to achieve CCC and advance your clinical skills, with a guaranteed rate increase after CFY completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or eligible to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Graduate from an accredited SLP program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide personalized speech therapy services for adults and seniors.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and family/caregivers to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
