Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide speech therapy to improve communication and quality of life.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition and swallowing rehab.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans.
