Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with CCC-SLP mentorship and guidance. We provide CCC-SLP supervision and a pathway toward a guaranteed rate increase after CFY and CCC attainment.

You will join a supportive team offering ongoing clinical mentorship, patient-centered care, and opportunities for professional growth in geriatric rehabilitation and senior living therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.

Education

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible

Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
