Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You will receive CCC-SLP supervision and mentorship to build confidence and clinical skills while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for functional independence.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress.
