Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Kansas. You will receive CCC-SLP mentorship and dedicated supervision to build confidence and clinical skills in a supportive team.

You’ll access ongoing clinical mentorship, professional support, and a therapist-driven environment focused on meaningful outcomes for adults in rehabilitation settings.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
