Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition and swallowing.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions focused on functional independence for adults and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
