Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with strong clinical mentorship and CCC-SLP supervision. TMC provides guidance to help you obtain your CCC-SLP and achieve a guaranteed rate increase after CFY completion.

You will work with a team focused on patient-centered care, ongoing professional development, and meaningful outcomes for adults in various care settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice (Arizona).
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program (CFY focus).
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.

Education
