Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking a Nursing Graduate to join the Nursing Residency program. You will work under the direct supervision of an RN to deliver patient care, participate in the care plan, and support the transition to RN licensure.

Start Date is immediate with ongoing orientation and testing toward state boards. New grads with RN licensure or NCLEX eligibility are encouraged to apply for this structured residency role.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized RN education program.
• Education will be verified.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Licensed RN or NCLEX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under direct RN supervision, participate in patient care delivery and nursing processes.
• Assist with assessment, documentation, and reporting changes in patient condition.
• Support planning and prioritization of patient needs alongside the RN.
• Observe and contribute to the patient plan of care and interventions.
• Assist with patient/family education under RN supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory standards under supervision.
