Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital in Sandy, UT is seeking a Nursing Graduate to work under the direct supervision of an RN during an Intermountain Nurse Residency program. This role supports patient care delivery and medication administration under licensed supervision, with a strong focus on preparing for RN licensure.

The position runs through the Nurse Residency period with an immediate start date and opportunities to apply for other roles upon boards completion.

Formación

• Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing (RN) education program.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates understanding of the nursing process and care plan under direct RN supervision.
• Collects patient data and reports changes under RN supervision.
• Observes prioritization of patient needs and participates in the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Observes implementation of the plan considering patient needs under RN supervision.
• Reports patient responses and collaborates with RN for changes in nursing interventions.
• Participates in patient/family education under RN supervision.
