Qualifications

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or ASHI).
• BSN preferred; ADN may be accepted at select Banner Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Surgical PCU unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning and patient education.
• Document care plans, assessments, and patient responses thoroughly and timely.
