Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Assessment - deliver comprehensive care by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Diagnosis & Planning - create personalized care plans prioritizing patient goals.
• Implementation - provide evidence-based care, educate patients and families, execute planned interventions.
• Evaluation - monitor outcomes and adjust care using evidence-based practices.
• Leadership & Professional Development - work with the Clinical Manager to drive improvement, mentor peers, and lead PI initiatives.
