Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: comprehensive evaluation of physical, emotional, and educational needs.
• Diagnosis & Planning: develop personalized care plans with patient/family.
• Implementation: provide evidence-based interventions and document care.
• Evaluation: monitor outcomes and adjust care accordingly.
• Leadership & Professional Development: contribute to PI initiatives and mentor peers.
