As part of a Magnet designated hospital, you’ll care for a diverse patient population across Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, NICU and Liberty Birthing Center, using evidence-based practice and a robust professional development program.

Qualifications

• OHIO RN licensure by start date is required.
• BLS certification prior to patient contact.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire for step-down/ICU.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Develop personalized care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver evidence-based care and educate patients and families.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care using best practices.
• Support PI initiatives and mentor peers.
