Job summary

As part of a comprehensive nursing team, you will engage in ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development, delivering high-quality care across CVICU, SICU, MICU, and ED units while embracing a patient- and family-centered approach.
Qualifications
- Recent RN graduates must obtain Ohio RN licensure.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Ability to document clearly and accurately in the medical record.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care following The Christ Hospital Health Network Nursing Process.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families, document care and outcomes, and uphold hospital policy.
- Participate in leadership development and PI initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of high reliability and safety.
