Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care using the hospital's practice model and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Create and update individualized care plans with patient and family input.
• Educate patients and families, perform evidence-based interventions, and follow policies.
• Monitor outcomes, adjust care as needed, and participate in PI initiatives.
• Lead and mentor peers, while applying High Reliability principles to care and operations.
