Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited RN education program.
• Enrolled in Intermountain Nurse Residency before direct patient care.
• RN license eligible or pursuing NCLEX and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient data collection under the direct supervision of the RN.
• Participates in planning and modifying the interdisciplinary plan of care under supervision.
• Supports patient/family education needs under supervision of the RN.
• Maintains accurate documentation and patient confidentiality in all care activities.
