Job summary

Intermountain Health (American Fork Hospital) is hiring a Nursing Graduate to work under direct RN supervision during the Nurse Residency program. Immediate start for graduates with less than 1 year of RN experience, in a Night shift (1800-0630) with rotating weekends/holidays.

The role supports patient care delivery, nursing process steps, and documentation under supervision, with pathway toward RN licensure after the residency period.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing (RN) education program.
• Education will be verified.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers

Responsibilities

• Follows the nursing process under RN supervision.
• Collects patient data and reports changes under RN supervision.
• Observes and discusses patient care priorities with the RN.
• Participates in teaching patients and families under supervision.
• Demonstrates accountability for care delivery under RN supervision.
• Aims to obtain RN licensure in a timely manner per program requirements.
