Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Other Certifications may be required during employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• RN License or Graduate Nurse in the State.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients as admitted and during shifts.
• Assist with administration of medications and documentation in the medical record.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up steps.
• Support learning through simulations, mentoring, and preceptorship.
