Qualifications

• BSN preferred but not required.
• Current state RN licensure (RN)
• BLS or ACLS certification (ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire)
• Previous experience as LPN or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patients and develop care plans; ongoing evaluation of care.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments and teams.
• Support patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Administer medications safely and according to policies.
