Qualifications

• RN licensure required or eligible.

• Previous new-grad or nursing-practice experience in PCU/step-down is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and advocate for safety.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Support patients and families during shifts and transitions of care.
