Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred, not required.
• Current RN licensure in the state or RN applicant.
• BLS or ACLS certification preferred (must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Progressive Care/Step Down.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assess patients, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Administer medications following policy and best practices.
• Support patient safety and care coordination across departments.
