North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking Registered Nurse - New Graduate to begin a structured orientation and mentorship program in New Hampshire. The role includes comprehensive training and simulated experiences to build confidence and clinical competence as you transition into professional practice.
You will participate in a formal orientation, deliver patient care under supervision, and engage in continuing education opportunities while preparing for NCLEX within six months of hire.
This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
