New Graduate RN Residency Program - Medical Surgical at Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH invites new graduates to join a structured 12-week program designed to ease the transition from nursing school to independent practice.

You’ll receive one-on-one precepted clinical orientation, classroom education, skills labs, and ongoing mentorship, with increasing responsibilities as you gain confidence and competence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required (Nursing license).
• ACLS and Basic Life Support certifications are required.
• Associates degree in Nursing or higher.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-week Nurse Residency Program to transition to practice.
• Develop clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient safety skills.
• Learn to coordinate care across the adult patient population in Medical Surgical units.
