Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans with experienced RNs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and protocol compliance.
• Perform patient assessments and document vital signs and changes in EMR promptly.
• Provide patient and family education to explain care plans and procedures.
• Support patient mobility and daily living activities while maintaining a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams and report changes to supervising RNs.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
