• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Perform patient assessments and document vital signs in EMR.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Support mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Communicate changes to supervising RNs.
• Uphold infection control and safety policies.
• Maintain attendance and comply with policies.
