Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required for practice.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans with RNs and healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Perform patient assessments and document vital signs and changes in EMR promptly.
• Provide patient and family education on basic care and treatment plans.
• Support patient mobility, daily living activities, and hygiene in a safe environment.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to supervising RNs and care teams.
• Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and hospital guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
