Job summary

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with experienced RNs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely as ordered.
• Assess patients and document vital signs in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene and daily living activities.
• Communicate changes in patient status to supervising RNs.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain attendance and general unit duties.
