The program includes hands-on clinical experiences, simulation training, competency validation, and orientation to the Cerner EMR.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted at select locations.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and provide nursing care in ED.
• Document care plans and coordinate with team.
• Participate in orientation and training programs for new grads.
