Qualifications

• Recent or Upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred, ADN acceptable at select locations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross/ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months RN experience.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision as part of a residency program.
• Participate in structured onboarding, simulations, and competency assessments.
• Engage in mentor-guided clinical experiences across units.
• Develop professional relationships and pursue growth within Banner Health.
