Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead the New Graduate Residency program and coordinate nursing education initiatives. The role requires directing curriculum, facilitating residency classes, and ensuring a smooth transition to practice for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; licensure in MA as RN.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience; 3 years education/program planning experience.
• AHA BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Graduate Residency program curriculum and classes.
• Coordinate overall program activities and scheduling to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders and HR in candidate selection and interview processes.
• Support other nursing education programs and competency initiatives as assigned by leadership.
