Qualifications

• Mentor and support nurse residents throughout the program.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Nursing Leadership, Clinical Educators, HR, and department leaders.
• Foster professional growth, engagement, retention, and clinical confidence among residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the facility's Nurse Residency Program.
• Act as a mentor, advocate, and resource for nurse residents.
• Collaborate with leadership and educators to implement program components and best practices.
