Job summary

Healthcare Organization in Central Washington is seeking a Nurse Educator to develop and deliver orientation and ongoing educational programs for nursing staff. This role partners with nursing managers and education staff to strengthen clinical skills across acute care and credentialing.

You will oversee the nurse residency program, teach certification courses such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active Washington RN license.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the last 7 years.
• Minimum 2 years in conducting nursing education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and educational programming to nursing staff.
• Oversee the nurse residency program.
• Facilitate and teach certification classes (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC).
• Collaborate with nursing managers and education staff to support skill development.
